Deep Thoughts on Destiny and Man's Responsibility
O servants of the Almighty Lord, who guides people! Know that the divine destiny called destiny is a blessing and wisdom that comes from the infinite knowledge of Allah. However, the greatest sign of heedlessness is for a person to misinterpret this destiny and avoid responsibility. Because, man has been granted intelligence and will, and this is the essence of his test on earth. Every mistake, every deviation is a result of man's own choices, and these choices are not part of destiny, but a result of approaching it in the right or wrong direction.
Fate is not a concept that makes people passive, but rather an understanding that imposes responsibility and makes people pursue the truth. By granting free will to His servants, Almighty God has equipped them with a consciousness that can distinguish between good and evil. Therefore, when a person points only to fate as the culprit in the difficulties they encounter or the mistakes they make, it is an indication that they have forgotten the importance of their own will and choices. Those who blame fate are actually trying to cover up their own flaws and avoid responsibility.
O people, know that the fault is often in the mistakes we commit with our own hands. Almighty Allah has given each of His servants the opportunity to realize their mistakes, learn from them, and repent and renew themselves. His mercy is infinite, but benefiting from this mercy is possible only when a person examines himself and accepts his mistakes. When we accept our own flaws, we also find the power to correct them. This is a requirement of divine wisdom and is the most important path leading to human evolution.
O my brothers who try to find the right path with the grace of our Lord! Seeing our own mistakes, trying to correct them and learning lessons is a great virtue that brings a person closer to Allah. Instead of blaming fate for the misfortunes that befall us, we should try to understand the messages these events give us. Because, there is wisdom in every event, a test in every difficulty and a gain in every loss.
So, instead of blaming the wisdom of fate, let us become aware of our own responsibility. Let us accept our mistakes, seek refuge in God, and ask for His forgiveness and guidance. Then, we can move with patience and fortitude through the ups and downs of worldly life. Every servant who understands fate correctly and uses his will in accordance with the truth will attain true peace both in this world and in the hereafter.
